Le pain veritable

Our viennoiseries strictly follow French tradition.

In our boutique, we explain to our guests that croissant is not bread. Croissant, like pain au chocolat – despite its confusing name – is a “viennoiserie”. For viennoiseries, sugar, butter, milk, sometimes eggs is added into the dough. They are stuffed or not: custard cream, almond paste, apple compote, etc...

You will find a wide choice of typical French viennoiseries: butter croissants, pains au chocolat, chausson aux pommes (apple turnover), pains aux raisins, almond croissants and pains au chocolat, plain brioche, orange peel brioche, oranais (brioche dough stuffed with custard and apricot)...

Our viennoiseries strictly follow French tradition. For instance in Korea, croissants are sugar coated and sticky. Actually this kind of croissant does not exist in France. Not only does this sugar coating compromise wonderful butter flavour but it also makes your hands sticky. Come see it for yourself how real croissant should taste.
